Example of a Special Request
Our client is a monumental food service corporation with thousands of franchises. This particular corporation had been using the services of another consumer reporting agency, but had become disgruntled with invoicing problems and the lack of customer service, in which phone calls were dodged and "human" contact was hard to come by.

The corporation requested that each new and current individual franchise owner be apprised of the corporation's new screening policy, in which the corporation established a "package of services" that it recommends for all franchises. Franchise owners who wish to participate in applicant screening receive a complete package of specialized screening information and pricing, as well as the necessary "hands-on" one-on-one training needed to understand and access the UNISOURCE web-based reporting system.

It is important to note the each individual franchise has the ability to select "optional searches" that the corporation may not have considered, or delete searches that the corporation recommends. Each franchise is established as an individual account under the corporate account and each is capable of accessing services and receiving billing as an individual entity.
Franchise Owner Introduction, Training Billing and Customer Service Issues Resolved
With a simple application change in the UNISOURCE web-based reporting and billing system, separate accounts have been created for each franchise. Individual training packages are available at the corporate office, as well as at UNISOURCE for distribution to new franchise owners.

Each individual franchise may utilize the specialized volume-priced "package of services" specified by corporate, or may select and receive discounts on optional search selections.

UNISOURCE maintains a policy of integrity and customer service, in which all of our valuable and busy clients receive exactly what they need, when they need it...including the ability to speak directly to a UNISOURCE representative.
