Summary:
Complete all interview functions required for assigned cases. This includes applicant analysis, scope diagnosis, developing
telephone numbers and logical source names, conducting the telephone interview, entering the data information in the USI
Extranet System. Completing assigned cases within customer required time frame, contacting customers and/or applicants for
additional leads when required, and follow-up phone calls are critical to the interview function. Basic quality assurance
is required to include verification that all required elements have been completed, no spelling or typographical errors are
present, and all information developed is accurately entered into the USI Extranet System.
Status customers as needed, provide supervisor with adequate workflow management information. Manage workload to maximize
productivity and customer satisfaction.
Please note that the shift of this position is
Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Participates in the team's handling of telephone and written verification of education and employment facts on client-submitted applications.
- Participates in team member interviews with professional references to assess job applicants previous work history, ability to do proposed job and character.
- Assists other team members with analyzing, evaluating and applying collected data.
- Demonstrates proficiency in conducting database and Internet research to gather facts, and assists other team members in this regard.
- Demonstrates proficiency in searching multiple organizations and departments within organizations to find appropriate individuals to verify application facts, and assists team members in doing so.
- May at times provides training and coaching to new Verifiers.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma required;
Knowledge and Skills:
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must possess good organizational skills.
- Must be able to type 35 wpm.
- Must be able to work well under deadlines.
- Requires verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual is strongly preferred, but not required.
- Prior experience with Unisource Screening in Verifications is strongly preferred, but not required.
Computer Skills:
Proficient in the use of all Unisource Screening proprietary operating and reporting systems and available tools. Should
have knowledge of Word Processing software; Internet software and Order processing systems. Should have working knowledge
of Microsoft Excel. Must be able to operate equipment, including fax machines, telephones, and personal computers.

Ability and desire to grow within the organization to positions of greater responsibility; willingness to seek additional
training as required for future opportunities.
